After preliminary meetings and brainstorming between Barry and Head of Sales Katherine McLaren, the process of devising a script was underway. Once the script had been agreed upon by both companies, a production day was planned. The commercial was shot at a local residence in Milton, keeping it close to home. “The commercial was both humorous and informative, two things that are eye-catching and capturing for viewers,” said Head of Production Matt Hotson, “the actors were great as well and played their parts perfectly to help add some comic relief to a problem that many people have.”
“We enhanced the commercial with blue tones to really emphasize the night-time feel, doing so was easy with the excellent lighting positioning during production” said Florian Vera, Post-Production Manager at Creative Bube Tube.
Once aired, the quirky commercial is expected to cause Cashland Financial's clientele to double within the year.
